Coaching only works when people can speak openly. We treat what you share as private, and we are clear about how it is handled.

Individual and organizational coaching are both held to the same confidentiality standard. Conversations stay between you and your coach. Organizations receive only the agreed, aggregated information described in your coaching agreement, never the content of individual sessions.

We collect only the information needed to arrange and deliver coaching, such as contact details and scheduling notes. We store it securely, do not sell it, and share it only with providers who help us run the practice, under agreements that protect it. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.

Before any coaching begins, we agree in writing on what is kept private, what is measured, and how that information is used. If a question about your data comes up, reach out and we will talk it through with you.
